The Annual Parish Assembly Meeting is not a Council meeting. The evening is for people and organisations from both Chappel and Wakes Colne to talk about themselves and their group; to make others aware of the local activities provided and thank people for their efforts during the year or praise those who have inspired them towards the group’s achievements. It also provides the opportunity to debate current issues in our Community.
