Speakers from Colchester Borough Council and the Eight Ash Green Neighbourhood Plan Team will be giving a talk on the process of preparing a Neighbourhood Plan, the benefits, challenges and the role in decision making that Neighbourhood Plans may have.
This is a Public Meeting, open to residents of both Chappel & Wakes Colne.
