On Saturday 6th December, Wakes Colne Parish Council will be holding a drop-in session from 10am-2pm at the Village Hall. This will be your opportunity to discuss the Local Plan. Please note that there is a proposal for housing both in Chappel (35 houses) and Wakes Colne (200 houses). Residents from both Chappel & Wakes Colne are very welcome to attend to find out more about what is being proposed.
We will also be joined at 10am-11am by the applicant, regarding the outline planning application: 252401 – Land East of Chappel Hill – For up to (and including) 35 dwellings.
